Julie McCulley, MS, ATC, CSCS
Fitness Director

Julie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Bloomsburg University and a Master’s degree from Ohio University in Sports Medicine. Julie is ATC (Athletic Training Certified) and NSCA certified-CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist).

Roger Adams, Personal Trainer
Roger has a Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Nottingham Trent University, UK and graduated with Honors in 2001. He has over 10 years personal training experience as well as traveling the States as a Professional soccer coach. Roger’s favorite methods of training include plyometrics, SAQ (speed agility quickness) drills, aquatic training, core strengthening as well as traditional free weights.

Jeff Ritter, Personal Trainer
Jeff is a graduate of Temple University’s Sport and Exercise Science program which combines the study of Kinesiology with the specific knowledge, skills and beliefs necessary to help anyone reach their personal fitness goals.  Jeff’s goal as a personal trainer is simple; be the best trainer possible by committing 100% to helping each client achieve their fitness goals. Jeff loves to work with clients who are as committed to their fitness goals as he is.  Jeff also has 10+ years of experience with many different sports and training methods.

Tegan Atkinson, ACE, Personal Trainer
Tegan is an ACE certified personal trainer. She is also a certified elementary and special education teacher. Tegan is the owner of a business created for children to create programs specifically for their needs. Tegan specializes in creating programs to allow parents and children to work out together!

Andrew “AJ” Henderson, ACE NSCA, Personal Trainer
AJ holds two of the most highly respected personal training certifications available; ACE and NSCA. He is also working toward earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He trains in both Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Philly/ New Jersey Martial Arts Academy. He can help you achieve the results you are looking for, whether you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or are training for a specific sport or event. AJ has trained in corporate, commercial, and private gym facilities in the past.

Chris Volgraf, NSCA, ACSM, Personal Trainer
National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist American College of Sports Medicine, Health/Fitness Instructor® National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer® Specialized Training in Program Design from the nationally recognized Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Texas
Education: B.S. in Exercise Science from Temple University Specialist in Exercise Testing & Prescription and Sports Specific Training Guest lecturer at Exercise Science Department of Temple University Training of 2 Olympic Athletes and a Heisman Trophy Candidate.Chris has experience training many populations including clients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, sport specific concerns and orthopedic injuries.

Patty Knight, Personal Trainer, ACE
Patty a college graduate and an ACE certified personal trainer.  Health and fitness have been a lifelong interest and passion.  She has been involved in sports and weight training for much of her life. She has several years experience in Martial Arts and has been an instructor and has been a referee during competitions.  Patty is also involved in neuromotor training for high level athletes and student athletes to improve the mind/body connection including timing, rhythm, focus, processing speed and decision speed. Other areas of interest and knowledge include nutrition, brain fitness and special needs including Asperger’s, PDD and ADD/ADHD.

Diane Horner  Personal Trainer, ACE
Diane has a Bachelor's degree from Clarion University and is an ACE certified personal trainer.  She has earned continuing education fitness credits for teaching group strength and stability ball training.  Diane enjoys weight training and long distance running and has run half marathons as well as 10Ks and 5Ks.  You can find her in the fitness center and the TechnoGym.  Diane has been at the NAC since 2007.

Allison McBryar, Member Integration Specialist
The purpose of this position is to provide a well informed professional as a point person for new and current members who will guide them through a familiarization process designed to integrate them into the services of the NAC.

Karen Foschini, ACE, CPR/AED
Besides Karen’s ACE certification she has a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Karen is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of personal fitness experience. She is a highly motivated, energetic individual qualified to help you obtain your goals of a healthy lifestyle focusing on functional strength training, core strengthening and weight management. As the busy mother of two children, Karen’s primary goal is to transfer the improvements in strength into activities of daily living.

Leigh Bradish, Certified Personal Trainer
Leigh is a certified NASM personal trainer since January 2006. Leigh specializes in Weight Management as well as training for optimal fitness. A graduate of West Virginia University 2002, Leigh devotes all of her training expertise to the BodyWorks Studio.
