What is a LiveFIT Coaching Session? The LiveFit team was formed to provide a comprehensive on boarding process to integrate new and existing members into the club. We want to ensure that our members are fully utilizing all of the amenities and services available and educate them on all the perks of being a member of the NAC! All new members are highly encouraged to attend a LIVE FIT coaching session to ensure a successful plan is created from the start! This session is designed to do four things:
- Establish Your Fitness Goals (Improved Mobility, Increased Strength, Reduce Weight…)
- Visualize How You Will Look, Feel & Improve Your Health
- Create a Timeline and Plan to Reach These Goals
- Maximize All the Services and Amenities Included in Your Membership
With this coaching session, you are able to see real-time results with the amount of healthy habits you commit to within a specified period of time. For example, if your goal is to get slimmer for summer, your LiveFIT coach will be able to recommend how many times a week you should be working out (strength/cardio) with calorie consumption based on your current “Health Age”.
