Jeff Ritter, Fitness Director
CSCS, Personal Trainer
Jeff is a graduate of Temple University’s Sport and Exercise Science program which combines the study of Kinesiology with the specific knowledge, skills and beliefs necessary to help anyone reach their personal fitness goals. Jeff’s goal as a personal trainer is simple; be the best trainer possible by committing 100% to helping each client achieve their fitness goals. Jeff loves to work with clients who are as committed to their fitness goals as he is. Jeff also has 10+ years of experience with many different sports and training methods.

Roger Adams, Assistant Fitness Director
Personal Trainer

Roger has a Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Nottingham Trent University, UK and graduated with Honors in 2001. He has over 10 years personal training experience as well as traveling the States as a Professional soccer coach. Roger’s favorite methods of training include plyometrics, SAQ (speed agility quickness) drills, aquatic training, core strengthening as well as traditional free weights.

Steve DeAngelis, TechnoFit Director
Personal Trainer
, CSCS
Steve is C.S.C.S. certified through the NSCA. He earned an M.B.A. and a Master’s of Sport Management at Southern New Hampshire University. Steve has worked with people of all ages and ability levels and believes that he can help anyone achieve their fitness goals through hard work and determination. He also has experience in sport specific training through his experiences of playing college football at East Stroudsburg University.

Maria Ferraro, ACE, Personal Trainer
Maria is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Sports Conditioning Certified, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration. Maria has an extensive sports and weight training background, and has particular interest in sport specific training, as well as encouraging and enabling all clients to bring everyday fitness into their “way of life”. She played Collegiate Softball and is a member of her High School Athletic Hall of Fame – as the first athlete in her school’s history to achieve 12 varsity letters. Maria is also a youth softball instructor and has coached her son’s youth baseball and soccer teams.

Kelly Poinsette, ACE, NSCA Personal Trainer
Kelly holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise and The National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been training for over 10 years. She is a former USAG competitive gymnast, coach, and is a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Education. Kelly works closely with her clients educating and motivating them to reach their short and long term goals. It is her belief that taking responsibility for one’s health begins with education. It is her goal to understand, educate, and design a program for each client that will fit into their life and ultimately help them look and feel their very best.

Kevin Mongiori, ACE, Personal Trainer
Kevin has a Bachelors Degree of Science from Pace University where he also played four years of Division I baseball as a scholarship athlete. Kevin is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with three years of training experience working with high school and college athletes in sports performance training. Kevin is currently a junior varsity baseball coach at Council Rock North High School where he also leads the strength and conditioning program for the varsity and junior varsity baseball teams. Kevin has a strong passion for training and helping people reach their highest possible fitness potential. Kevin specializes in bodybuilding and sports performance training.

Bill McNichol, ISSA Personal Trainer
Bill is an ISSA Certified Fitness Coach, a TRX Certified Group Instructor and a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University where he also crafted his skills for strength, conditioning and performance training. He has enthusiastically practiced fitness for over 16 years while helping others achieve the same quality of life. He thrives on his passion and commitment for helping men, women and children of all ages to achieve optimal health and performance.

Jimmy Worthington, Personal Trainer
Jim is an alumni athlete from Council Rock North where he played football and baseball. He has also participated on the boxing team at West Virginia University. Throughout his athletic career he has supplemented his training with strength as well as speed and agility training.

Karen Foschini, ACE, CPR/AED Personal Trainer
Besides Karen’s ACE certification she has a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Karen is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of personal fitness experience. She is a highly motivated, energetic individual qualified to help you obtain your goals of a healthy lifestyle focusing on functional strength training, core strengthening and weight management. As the busy mother of two children, Karen’s primary goal is to transfer the improvements in strength into activities of daily living.

Liz Arnold, Personal Trainer
Liz is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, graduating from the University of Miami with a B.A. in psychology. Having played collegiate soccer at Miami and varsity high-school volleyball, sport specific training, along with plyometrics, agility, speed training, and free weights is her favorite training method. Liz also enjoys creating individualized training programs that can fit into any lifestyle.
