MYZONE is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories, time and MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. MYZONE boosts motivation and exercise enjoyment by providing instant and ongoing feedback helping people of any shape, size, age or interest to get more active anywhere.
This is all done through a heart rate monitoring chest strap wearable. MYZONE screens showing all MYZONE users in range are located throughout the fitness center, allowing users to track their heart rate and effort in real time. You’re able to identify which “tile” is yours up on screen by a nickname that you’ve chosen.
This allows for increased motivation, challenge and excitement during the course of a workout or personal training sessions. The personal training team also utilizes MYZONE to monitor training to reach max intensity and appropriate recovery, as well as the effort of their client through out the session.
