Fitness on Demand – Pick, Click, and Play!
Pick from the expansive library of group exercise classes, beginner or advanced on the kiosk located in Studio 2.
There will be both scheduled classes as well as free hours for NAC members to pick their own classes on a first come, first serve basis.
These hours will run between the hours of regularly scheduled classes.
Scheduled Fitness on Demand Classes:
Monday: 1:00-1:30pm – Blast and Burn (34 minutes)
1:45-2:15pm – Butts, Hips, and Thighs (33 minutes)
2:20-2:50 – Yoga 1 (34 minutes)
Tuesday: 7:15-8:00am – Box-N-Burn (40 minutes)
1:15-2:15pm – Power Pilates (47 minutes)
Thursday: 1:15pm-2:00pm – Upper Body Roller coaster (45 minutes)
2:15-3:00pm – Center of Gravity (41 minutes)
Saturday: 2:00pm-2:45pm – Cardio Sports drills (38 minutes
3:00-4:00pm – Power Pilates 47 minutes
Sunday: 2:00pm-3:00pm – Power Step 57 minutes
3:15-4:15 – Mobility Yoga 51 minutes
7:00pm -7:35pm – Rhythm 35 minutes
7:45-8:20 pm – Power ball strength 36 minutes
Fitness on Demand Free Hours
Wednesday: 12pm-2pm, 3pm-4pm
Sunday: 4:30-6:30pm, 8:30-close
