Learn how to food prep like a beginner or a pro with simple tips. You’ll learn about the best preparation and storage equipment, how to effectively plan meals and write a complete grocery list, and how to prioritize your preparation tasks. You will leave with meal ideas and recipes for you and your family.

A minimum of 3 participants is required for a class to run. You will be notified of cancellations.
