My name is Emma Willson and I graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus in movement science. I started at the NAC as an intern with the Parisi Speed School and I became a trainer right after graduating!
My mission is to change the lives of everyone I meet, even if it’s in the smallest way. I plan to do everything I can to help my clients get a lot stronger, healthier, and happier. I’m super lucky to have grown up in an active family who always loved to be outside and pushed involvement in sports and new activities. I played sports all the way through school into my first two years at college but got serious about fitness in high school where I made it my aim to be the fastest and strongest on the field. Wanting to live a long, healthy life definitely keeps me motivated. Being a trainer, I’ve always had a practice what you preach mentality so that also keeps me going each day!
