Boxing Bootcamp

Now that winter is winding down, it’s time to gear up into shape! Join us for an 8 week bootcamp that will teach you the fundamentals of boxing while getting a full-body workout, just in time for summer! Boxing has shown to be one of the most effective, stress relieving workouts out there. Luckily at the NAC, we have our very own boxing expert. Trainer Phil Lightfoot specializes in “The Sweet Science” of boxing technique and conditioning. This includes anaerobic strength and endurance, functional fitness training, and mitt work.
