Bob Monahan

My mission is to help everyone reach their fitness goals whatever they may be and keep them motivated to stay on track no matter what obstacles stand in their way.

I began my journey at the Newtown Athletic Club as an intern with Parisi Speed School in January 2016. Since then, I have joined the Parisi team and the LiveFit personal training team. Bob received his B.S in Kinesiology: Exercise Science from Temple University.
